There is both a survivor and a doctor track for this event.  If you only signed up for one track, you will only have access to the talks associated with the track.  Some people have had confusion by the two tracks and have thought that some videos are not working. If the system is asking you to pay for something, it is not because of a problem, but because that particular talk is on a learning track (survivor versus doctor) that is different than the learning track you registered under.

1) To Learn What Track You Purchased Go to the Three Dots on the Upper Right and Click the Three Dots. Then Click Purchases. Look to see if your ticket says survivor track, clinician track or both.

2) One you know what track you signed up with you can see what talks are in each track by going here.  Make sure you click on the link with the correct track name to view your talks.
