Jenny is a physical therapist and national board-certified functional medicine health coach with 20 years of clinical experience. She has a passion for helping her clients cultivate the conditions for whole-person healing and resilience with salugenic activities, transforming obstacles and suffering into invitations for deep, personal growth.


Jenny earned a B.S. in Biology from Duke University and an M.S. in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. She is an active member of both Surviving Mold and ISEAI professional organizations, and holds additional certifications in the Shoemaker Protocol for CIRS and the Bredesen Protocol for Reversal of Cognitive Decline (ReCODE).


Jenny’s professional background, combined with her family’s experiences with mold illness, autoimmune disease, Lyme Disease and Alzheimer’s Disease, have afforded an appreciation for chronic illness that is both broad and deep. Jenny is the founder of Simplified Wellness Designs, LLC based in Colorado Springs, and provides virtual services worldwide. She serves as a coach, consultant, patient educator, support group facilitator and public speaker, emphasizing collaboration with clinicians and indoor environmental specialists to enhance whole-person care for individuals and families facing chronic illnesses. With her compassionate partnership and support, individuals are empowered to overcome the challenges they face with less overwhelm and greater hope.
